How FoldGauge handles your projects, purchases and support requests.

Your projects and photos

FoldGauge processes box dimensions, captions, colours and the photos you select on your device. We do not upload project artwork to our servers. The system photo and document pickers let you choose specific files. The app does not request camera or microphone access.

Deleting a project removes it from your current worktable. To recover interrupted saves, the app keeps a previous saved version and may preserve legacy or damaged recovery records. Selected photo copies and temporary export files can remain in app storage after a project is deleted or edited. Uninstalling the app removes its local storage; device or computer backups may retain copies according to your settings. Exported PDFs and JSON backup files remain wherever you save or send them and are not removed by deleting a project. Android app backup is disabled.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payments. RevenueCat helps validate purchases, provide Premium access and restore purchases. Purchase records also support purchase analytics in RevenueCat’s dashboard. The app uses an anonymous app-scoped purchase identifier and does not send your name or email to RevenueCat. We do not use advertising identifiers or track you across apps. RevenueCat and the store process purchase records, an app-scoped customer identifier, entitlement status and information needed for purchase validation, such as app version, device platform, IP address. We do not receive your payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy, Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Website and support

Netlify hosts this website and may process connection information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. If you email support, your email provider and our email service process your message and contact details so we can reply. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or private project files.

Retention and choices

Local project content is controlled by you. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable business obligations. Purchase information is retained as needed to provide and restore access and satisfy store requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
